Product Description
Our organic mattresses are top of the line quality at the price of a conventional one. No need to spend $600 or more on an alternative organic mattress. REFILL mattresses use only environmentally beneficial materials. Hand crafted in Los Angeles using a 90 year old family tradition.
We use a patented process to make a high performance inner mattress core from hypo-allergenic food grade regenerated polyethylene fibers from discarded consumer bottles. By using recycled materials we are helping to eliminate consumer plastic waste.
The incredibly soft organic cotton cover is quilted with organic wool to provide natural cooling and moister wicking. Baby will stay comfortable and dry with our unique removable cover design. REFILL mattresses have a removable machine washable organic cover and the regenerated polyethylene inner core is hand washable.

Fabric:
Organic cotton is grown using methods and materials that have a low impact on the environment. Organic production systems replenish and maintain soil fertility, reduce the use of toxic and persistent pesticides and fertilizers, and build biologically diverse agriculture.
The Pure Grow WoolTM is the only wool that is carded on a machine that runs only this wool from the organic sheep. That keeps out all chemicals and impurities. The wool is removed in a single fleece and placed on the skirting table; there it is inspected for length, strength, dirt and pests. Care is taken to keep the wool as clean as possible during shearing to eliminate any need for chemical treatments to remove burrs, brands, dirt and other impurities. REFILL is a regenerated PET fibers from processing discarded bottles. We recycled bottles into new products like bedding, pillows and mattress.
Washable Organic Cover:
The super soft organic cotton cover is easily removable for cleaning.
Our unique organic cover is quited with Pure Grow organic wool. Wool provides natural cooling and moisture wicking to keep baby dry and cool.
Regenerated Fiber Core:
By using recycled bottles we are improving the environment. It takes about 80 drinking bottles to be recycled to make our crib mattress. The energy originally used to make these bottles in reused in the form of a mattress.
We use a patented manufacturing process which provides a core with firm support. Using this same process our mattress are fire retardant with out the use of additional chemicals.

Remove cover and machine wash cold using natural soaps. Inner core should be hand washed using natural soaps. We recommend air drying to save energy resources.
